Miss Lark, 108 Commercial Road, London E1 1NU, is the controller for personal data collected on misslark.co.uk. Contact: info@misslark.co.uk.
2. What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), delivery addresses, order and payment status (we never store card numbers or CVV), wholesale company details and optional VAT number if you apply, and messages you send us. We keep server logs needed to run the shop. Marketing email is off unless you tick a separate, optional box.
3. Why we use it
To fulfil contracts (orders, delivery, returns, wholesale applications), to keep the site secure, to meet tax and consumer-law records, and — only with consent — to send marketing. Payment is handled by our payment provider; they are an independent controller or processor for card data.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your cart, and remember whether you are buying at retail or wholesale. If Google Analytics or Google Ads is enabled, those tags load in Consent Mode with advertising and analytics storage off until you accept. You can change this at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Sharing and retention
We share data with delivery, payment, email and hosting providers only as needed to run the shop. Orders, invoices and payment records are kept for the statutory period. You may ask for a copy of your account data or for erasure of identity fields; some records must be retained for law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise rights, email info@misslark.co.uk from the address on your account.
