Terms and Conditions

Last updated 15 September 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from Miss Lark at 108 Commercial Road, London E1 1NU (info@misslark.co.uk). The site is for retail customers and approved wholesale accounts. You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in GBP and are calculated on our servers at checkout. A displayed price is an invitation to treat; your order is accepted when we confirm payment. If both retail and wholesale prices are available on your account, you choose which price to buy at before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is obviously wrong, or we cannot verify the payment.

3. Delivery

We ship to addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Pre-order items ship when stock arrives; we will not capture payment for a pre-order until we can fulfil it, unless we have told you otherwise at checkout.

4. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them unused, with tags, for a refund of the price paid. Return the items to us in a reasonable condition. Sale and personalised goods may be excluded where the law allows. Wholesale orders follow the terms agreed on your trade account.

5. Wholesale accounts

Applying for wholesale does not grant trade prices until we approve the account. We may suspend a wholesale account if invoices are unpaid or the account is misused. Approval adds a reseller role to your existing customer account; it does not replace it.

6. Site use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to access another customer’s orders. Product images and copy remain our intellectual property. We may change these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.

7. Contact

Questions about an order: info@misslark.co.uk. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
